The Mr. Scary Guitars Sun Giant is built with a heavy northern ash body, wide-flat San Dimas profile neck and a custom wound Arcane “LOST” Alnico pickup.

George Lynch has always been known for his remarkable and distinctive style, both in sound and appearance. The guitars he has used throughout his iconic career are a big part of his identity and are easily recognizable. Now, he’s excited to share those beautiful designs and craftsmanship with you.

From George himself: “In my early days, I would make primitive modifications to my instruments in my dad’s garage. Later, I began assembling unique builds for some of my guitar students. Eight years ago, I started experimenting with carving and painting my ESP guitars, which eventually led me to create Mr. Scary Guitars.”

When George Lynch became a member of Dokken in the early 1980s, he quickly found success. History shows that a significant portion of the band’s album sales and reputation can be attributed to George Lynch’s exceptional guitar skills and songwriting talent.
